LIBRARY The Edgewood Library offers a variety of print and non-print materials that can be used, along with the Bible, to help better understand God's word and apply it to everyday Christian living. The materials have been organized into the categories below. Click on each category to view a complete listing of the available materials in each. Categories:Bibles Bible Study Aids (BSA) - Includes commentaries, handbooks, concordances, dictionaries, atlases, and other books to help us understand the Bible Bible & Church History (BCH) - Includes studies from the Old and New Testaments and history of the church Evangelism (EV)---Includes books on soul winning, mission sermon topics, and personal works Other Religions, Doctrines & Writings (ODW) Creation/Evolution (CAE) Christian Living (CL) Marriage & Family (MAF) Ladies Studies (LS) Teens & Youth Ministry (TYM) Bible Poetry (BP) Children's Reference (CR)---Includes Bible dictionary, encyclopedia and prayer books Bible Stories—General (Children) (BSG) History & Geography (Children)(HAG) Bible—Old Testament (Children)(BOT) Bible—New Testament (Children)(BNT) Audiovisuals (AV) - Includes audio cassettes, CD's, DVD's, video tapes & children's DVD's & VHS Miscellaneous (MISC)---Includes church directories, teaching materials, games and magazines Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. 2 Timothy 2:15 (NKJV) Check-Out and Check-In Procedures: Checking-Out: Use the Check Out Book to complete the log. Include the title of the material being checked out, the author, your name and the date checked out. Checking-In: Use the Check Out Book to find your entry. Then complete by entering the return date. Place the item(s) in the Return Basket. New Materials Library materials are acquired by donation, gifts in memorial and by purchase based on request and review.
